1. Our Services
We specialize in buying used furniture across the UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi & Ajman).
We may also resell selected second-hand furniture items in good condition.
All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
2. Selling Furniture to Us
Sellers must ensure that the furniture they offer is their lawful property.
Furniture must be in usable condition (broken or unsafe items may be declined).
Once our team inspects and agrees on a price, payment is made instantly, and ownership of the furniture transfers to us.
After completion of the deal, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
3. Buying Furniture from Us
If you purchase furniture from us, you agree to the listed price and condition of the product at the time of sale.
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Clearance and customized items are sold βas-isβ and are not returnable.
4. Payments
Payments to sellers are made in cash or bank transfer (as agreed).
For buyers, payments can be made in cash, card, or bank transfer at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellations
Sellers can cancel a deal before final confirmation. Once payment is made and pickup is done, cancellations are no longer possible.
Buyers may cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this, cancellations depend on whether the product has already been dispatched.
6. Liability
While we ensure professionalism and care, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., transport issues, weather conditions).
7. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.
8. Governing Law
