1. When We Buy Furniture from You

• Once our team inspects your furniture and you agree to the offered price, we make the payment on the spot.

• After payment is made, ownership of the furniture is transferred to us.

• Since the deal is finalized immediately, returns or refunds do not apply to sellers.

• We always recommend reviewing the offer carefully before confirming the sale.

2. When You Purchase Furniture from Us

From time to time, we also resell selected furniture items. If you purchase from us:

• Return Period: You may return the item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in the same condition as sold.

• Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

• Non-Returnable Items: Clearance stock, heavily discounted products, and customized items are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

• After inspection, we will either provide a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
